BEAUFORT HOUSE INN POLICIES

We appreciate that you have chosen the Beaufort House Inn for your Asheville visit, and we want you to know that your reservation is very important to us. We have a limited number of rooms, so your reservation is a guarantee of your accommodations, and we look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience during your visit.

Guests that book directly with Beaufort House may confirm their reservation with a deposit of 100% for a single night reservation, or 50% of the total booking amount for a 2 or more nights stay. The remainder of your fees will be taken upon arrival.

If you have booked with an Expedia affiliated partner, your full payment will be processed by Expedia. If you choose the "Hotel Collect" option via Expedia, Beaufort House will process your reservation for a 50% deposit for stays of 2 or more nights and/or 100% of a single night reservation. If you have used this avenue of reserving your room, you will need to contact Expedia for any changes or cancellations.

If you are cancelling due to the Coronavirus and your reservation was booked prior to May 15th, 2020, you will not incur the $30 cancel fee at this time. We are offering several options for cancelling. You can choose a refund of the amount paid, move your reservations arrival date and/or choose a credit certificate that will be good for 2 years. (Credit certificates will be extended if needed, depending on circumstances).

***If you have chosen to book your reservation after May 15th, 2020. We will not issue a refund of the deposit paid. You will have the option to either move your reservations arrival date or receive a credit certificate in the amount of deposit paid. Credit certificate never expires and is transferable.***


As a small business with limited resources, we must strictly adhere to the cancellation policy. If your are uncertain about your ability to keep your reservation, we strongly recommend that your consider trip insurance. You can acquire trip insurance at www.travelguard.com or through other insurers.

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM Please call us if you expect to arrive after 7:00PM so we can make arrangements for an after hours self check in.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Due to our guests requests, we are a smoke-free property which includes e-cigarettes and the burning of incense. We do have designated smoking area on the property, away from the Inn and near our gardens

We love pets, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them due to guest allergies. Please call and we can help you make arrangements to board your pet locally.

Children 12 and over are welcome at the Inn. Please call if you have special circumstances

Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
